Having this project undertaken by way of negotiation, enabled CAPE to engage with the client and consultant team during the design development process, allowing for early input on constructability, value engineering and programme optimisation.
The Krukziener Properties office fitout formed part of a larger refurbishment of the entire third floor of the 131 Queen Street building. The 400m2 fitout comprised of American walnut flooring, architecturally designed ceilings, bespoke lighting, joinery and furniture.
This fitout incorporated a large conference room complete with the latest IT technology, an art deco style kitchen and two bathrooms featuring stunning green marble.
Working in close collaboration with the architect and the client, CAPE maintained programme momentum while ensuring the highest standards of finish were achieved.
Careful coordination of complex services integration into the feature ceiling and detailed interior elements was critical to delivering the project successfully.
The project was ultimately delivered on time, and to a high standard.
