Murrays Bay Reserve Facilities

Auckland Council engaged Cape to construct a new toilet facility at the Murrays Bay Reserve that was to be incorporated into the stairs, leading up to the newly refurbished sailing club. While the initial build costs were over-budget, we were able to work with the council, designer and engineer to ensure the build came within budget. The finished aesthetic was reinforced concreted with an exposed rough-shawn shutter to all surfaces.
