CAPE was selected as the preferred contractor for the Bravo Cracker Bay fitout through a negotiation process with Winton, due to our assistance with early budget estimates, programming and buildability for the space.

What started as a minor carpentry and finishes package, quickly grew to incorporate additional works all of types which were undertaken at pace.

Alongside the design team, CAPE collaborated closely with several other client supplied subcontractors to create this outcome.

Two of the feature spaces created by CAPE include the raised private dining area complete with glasshouse, and the games arcade.

Natural materials and soft zoning create a series of intimate spaces within the expansive 400 seat restaurant.

The relaxed setting morphs seamlessly between café, restaurant, games arcade, playground, and garden bar.

The incredible views of the Auckland Harbour make this place popular for Aucklanders and visitors alike.
