Online Republic

Online Republic was a high quality fitout in a new building in Auckland’s Wynyard Quarter. Due to the detailed finishing required in much of this fitout, a highly organised approached was necessary to deal with the long lead times on specific elements. The project was delivered to a high standard, achieved by excellent communication between our team, the designer and all our sub-contractors.

Farro Fresh Orakei

The Farro Fresh Orakei interiors project took place as part of the redevelopment of the Orakei Bay Village development. Due to the longstanding relationship with both the client, Farro Fresh and the designers, RCG, we were asked to get involved from an early stage. Having successfully carried out a few other Farro Fresh stores, we understood exactly what was required. The project included some 7m high steel stud walls, floating ceilings and canter levered bulkheads along with the standard macrocarpa details of a Farro Fresh store. We managed the sponge-finished paint work with polished and epoxy floors throughout, tiled walls in the food grade areas and back of house offices, commercial kitchen, refrigeration and storage areas.

Harrison Grierson

The Harrison Grierson integrated fitout took place while the building was still under construction, providing it’s own set of unique challenges. The project included a focus on high-end joinery with a natural timber look, the design including meeting and training rooms with garage doors opening up to large communal areas, a coffee caravan in the staff breakout area and a floating reception counter.

Maori Television

Maori Television is a large building located in Auckland’s South. Cape was brought on at the start of the project to undertake the demolition of existing interior structures, before completing a full interior fit out of the new headquarters and broadcast centre. The key feature being the use of Cedar timber panelling throughout. The build included the office areas, recording and voice over studios and the news broadcast studio, all requiring expansive cabling and server requirements.

Juice Shack

Farro Fresh Epsom

A rundown corner shopping centre turned destination for upmarket groceries. The build for Farro, Epsom required high exposed ceilings, a large area of polished slab, extensive cool room storage and complex engineering solutions, all calling for a complex co-ordination of services. Despite challenges uncovered during demolition, the completed project provided a uniform, bespoke finish throughout the store.
